Griffinia from seed

Has anyone germinated Griffinia seed? I've got a few mature seeds from my G. liboniana and G. espiritensis and would love some first hand information on growing them. All I can find on the internet is that the seeds need to be placed uncovered on top of the soil and that they take 6-8 weeks to germinate. I'd particularly like information on temperature requirements.

Thanks, Karen
