hi I have oxalis regnelli (original shamrock plant at stores) o. regnelli x fanny. o.triangularus (the purple one) o. triangularus x myke. and o. deppei (the original greener one) and o, deppei x iron cross. anyways my question is.. how in gods name do you propagate these things I mean the ones that grow from little true bulbs-easy! but seriously these o.regnellii and its cultivars. the dang tuber looks like a pinecone lol. how do you propagate these types. and please explain to me in English lol as ive been scanning the web for an answer and theres no clear picture how to do it simplified.iy of you are doing it please take pictures step by step for me so I know what im doing. these pine cone tubers look weird and I don't know how one propagates these? do I simply break off the individual tiny scales off this pine cone thing and plant them? and if so how deep do I plant the tiny scales? or do I propagate this pinecone looking tuber by hacking it up?
