What to do with my sprouting tulip bulbs!

I bought a bag of tulip bulbs, but never got around to planting them this fall. I placed the bag in the cabinet in my laundry room about a month ago, and have just noticed that they are starting to sprout.

Should I freeze or refrigerate them, or is it too late for this?

Pot them up! If you have an area such as a garage that stays mostly above freezing you can leave the pots out there and let them root without freezing. Also check out some of the other posts related to late plantings or "found" bulbs.
