Chances are since most to all tulips need winter chill. I plant about 500-1000 tulip bulbs every year for the last couple of years and I chill all my bulbs for 8-10 weeks. I would place them in your refrigerator for 8 weeks or until they begin to sprout and then plant and see if they bloom.

Considering how late you are, I think I would plant after 6 weeks of chilling, though more chilling is better. Al
