2006 Container Pics

Here are some photos of my 2006 containers. Some of the pics were taken fairly late in our season so they are somewhat past their prime -- I can't wait to start on my 2007 containers!

Your planting are beautiful!

Would you mind telling me what the large leafed plant is? (the spade type shape)

That is an elephant ear plant -- it was a bulb I picked up at Lowe's. It took awhile for it to pop out of the soil, but once it did - it kept on growing. I bought and entire box of 12 bulbs just last week from Sam's Club and plan on planting a few more with some to give away to friends. Thanks for the compliment on my containers -- I'm fairly new at this so I keep trying different things.
