Yes, it all goes into the 5:1:1 mix; but if there are a significant volume of fines, it might be appropriate to eliminate the peat and perhaps increase the amount of perlite. Can you post a picture of the bark so we can sort of get an idea of what you're working with?

This is after screening with an eighth inch mesh. It really is about half of the volume. I couldn't figure how to post two pictures.

I thought this might be way too much fine particles for the mix.

I think you would be ok to use it as is, but eliminate the peat. Add 1 part of perlite to 5 parts of bark, and a half cup of lime per cu ft of lime/cu ft of volume and you should be fine.
