Hi everyone. I have this plant I do not know the name of maybe you can help. It was not in the best condition when I got it and I want to plant it in some 5-1-1.

Looks like a Guzmania. The Name That Plant Forum or the House Plant Forum might give you a more precise id. and care instructions.
