broccoli in small containers using 5-1-1 mix

First time working with broccoli seedlings (progressing very nicely) and am about to learn how to make the 5-1-1 mix for the first time (I already have all the ingredients).

1) Are 5 gallon grow bags (GeoPots) sufficient size for broccoli?

2) Should I add 1 tbsp of lime per gallon of mix?

3) I'm assuming 1 tbsp of Dynamite CRF 15-5-9 per gallon of mix is necessary.

4) Should I be also using DynaGro Foliage Pro for broccoli? It was recommended to me last year on this forum for established peppers, eggplant, and tomatoes.

I think feeding and adding lime is universal (for 5-1-1). But for broccoli any "N" rich fertilizer should be fine(leafy veggies).

About container size, It depend on how big the surface area is, rather than the volume of soil. So then you have to consider and follow spacing requirement for broccoli. (say you plant it at the center of an 8" by 8" square. IOW, 8" spacing(just an example)
