Soil mix for tomatoes in earthtainer, with what I have on hand?

I made 2, 5 gallon bucket earthtainers. I want to use up leftover stuff that I have on hand for a soil mix. I've got a bag each of perlite, sand, peat, and miracle grow moisture retaining potting mix. What mixture ratios? I plan to plant 1 Better Boy tomato in each pot.

The Miracle Grow isn't moisture retaining, it is the one with 6 months of fertilizer. I went out to the shed trying to find my landscaping fabric for the bottom, no luck guess I'll have to make a road trip after all.
