fruit trees in 511 leafing out now, but drooping

Spring came early this year here; can you please advise me on my first-time growing trees in BIG pots using Tapla's 511 mix? I purchased all these as bare root, young trees couple months ago.
The Fuyu persimmon little branch tips (about 1.5 inch long now) are drooping a bit, as if the plant is dry. I have not grown persimmon and don't know if this is their natural appearance. I sunk bamboo skewers in the soil/mix about 6" out from the trunk, that I can pull up to see how moist the mix is, and the skewers are damp at about 3" depth from surface, as they should be, so I'm not adding water to the pot.
The apricot sprouted first, and also looks a little 'tired', the sugar plum/prune seems ok, but the leaves are partly reflexed back to centerline.
I gave first feeding with half strength MG for tomatoes (that's what I had as 'left over") last weekend. Should I worry about the drooping growth? I suspect with the recent warm weather, the top is outgrowing the roots, but not sure...
please advise, if you can make sense of this post. thanks in advance!
