| I am working to get my new olive to stop dropping some leaves. The plant is approximately two years old and is currently in a 5-1-1 mix. It is on the same watering schedule that my smaller citrus plants (they are currently doing very well and in bloom). It has been in its pot for a little over a month. It is also staring to show signs of coming into bloom.
I do not think the medium is overly wet or dry according to the dowl I use. It is in the same room as my citrus so I think it gets enough light. I wold appreciate any tips or other physical characteristics to look for (leaf curl, coloration, etc...). I have not fertilized it in the month I have had it. I know the pot drains real well, so I am considering adding another watering day for a small supplemental drink to see if that helps. This is one of the issues I had with some citrus early on. Thank you. |
