| kitteh ..if the pot is thin clear plasticy material and smells like plastic..then probably is not good for food esp if u put something that is warm/hot in it.for food,stay away from anything that has BPA(which most of the bendable plastic is)how do u know if it is bpa free?thy say on it.little more money for them but thy last longtime.hope it helps funny to see a question about food pots in here. |

| It's a clay pot though, I've seen this tag on them before. That you should not grow plants you intend to eat in them. |
