Has anyone thought about mixing their own liquid ferts?

I ask because I used to dose my ferts dry when I was gardening underwater. I have N (KN03/Potassium Nitrate, P (K2S04/Potassium Sulfate) and K (KH2PO4/Mono Potassium Sulfate) as well as 13% chelates Fe, Ferrous Gluconate and CSM+which is a micronutrient mix containing Mg, Cu, Fe, Mn, Mo, Zn and B, hence the b in the name.

Since Foliage pro is a 9-3-6 mix, would I just be shooting for that ratio in ppm's like 100ppm N/30ppm P/60ppm K?

But then how much to add to a gallon of water??? I'm not sure how to figure this out at the present time but I'm certian a more mathematically gifted member should be able to answer this q lickity split!

Smarter folks than I have done this very thing, and I seem to recall one real sharp cat, Redshirtcat, discussing his blend. There are several Threads where Redshirt discusses mixing fert's, but I think this is probably the best - there should be links to videos that he made, as well. If you want more, "Redshirtcat fertilizer mixing" will turn up some additional results.

Anyone make/mix their own fertilizer?
