| FWIW, there's a guy on EBAY selling 1/8" hardware cloth 24" wide, by the linear foot. I just got 2 feet of the stuff shipped right to my door in 3 days, for less than $10. Not too bad considering the cost of my time and gas these days. |

| I have found 1/4" mesh hardware cloth to be fine for compost bins and to keep out animals and birds from my seedlings. Would be interested in stainless steel hardware cloth though, probably quite expensive. |
