Container broccoli

I have 3 packman broccoli plants in containers. I noticed today 2 of them have small heads, but they are very light green. Have they bolted? This is my first year gardening with broccoli and containers, so please forgive me for not knowing too much. Thank you

Sorry, but this question is more appropriate to the Vegetable Gardening forum. We can tell you how to prepare soil for containers, but your question is rather plant-specific.

RE: Container broccoli

How big are your containers?
Actually, it looks like it's just starting to make a broccoli head, but it's pretty light in color. I would say it needs a little more fertilizer, except for the fact that the leaves look okay.
Do post this on the Vegetable forum and you'll get lots of answers! good luck!
