Container mix for tree seedlings/plugs

I'm not sure if I should have posted this here or not but hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

I'm trying to figure out if I'm in trouble with the current Schultz Potting Soil Plus mix that I used.

I started reading "Supplies by State/Region: Al's Gritty Mix" but wasn't sure if I should go that direction with these seedlings/plugs.

Should I transplant to a different mix now or if I should wait until fall?
