Am I correct in remembering you authored a thread on how to go about this? My dwarf seedless orange is struggling this year and I've yet to prune roots after potting up 3 years ago....If you can verify, and possibly direct me to the thread....and what is the best time of year for doing the puning? Thanks.

Best time is early spring - second best time is immediately after a spurt of top growth. See thread linked to below.

Al, Thanks very much...when you say early spring, do you mean before bud formation, i.e. still in or just coming out of winter state?
