Just a wild guess, but Argyranthemum frutescens 'butterfly' (common name: Marguerite daisy) is often sold in 'standard form'. {{gwi:31263}}, but they also come in yellow. Is that it?

No. The tree/plant has a trunk that is approximately 3 feet tall. Thanks Al.

I had one in my front yard like the one Al linked, with yellow flowers. Little Daisy's. It did have a trunk at least 3 feet tall and I've seen them taller at Lowes.
