csj50, a 10-gallon container might be too big for the 2 eggplants. There might be too much soil, holding more water than the plants can cope with.
Withhold water until the plants wilt; then apply only enough irrigation to last one week. Wilting should be the guide for watering.
You would do well to examine the underside of the leaves, regularly, to detect the presence of insects.
Eggplants are in the same family as the bell pepper and tomato (Solanaceae.) and have similar cultural requirements.

Looks like too much moisture and not enough nutrients.

Phew! Glad to hear that no one thinks its disease. Ill definitely hold off on the watering. Surprised to hear that a 10 gallon pot is too big for two eggplants!

The pot is not too big, but rather the moisture currently held in that volume of mix is too much for such small seedlings (they aren't using enough of that moisture yet). By the end of the season, 10-gallons will be tight for two full-sized eggplants.
