 o
5-1-1 and 1-1-1 situation

I have been potting up 5-1-1 and 1-1-1 pots the last two days. I am excited and a little bit proud. hehe. Some of my fast draining pots are now leaking red (bark) water on my new/nice deck. If I saucer them...they fill up with water and prevent more draining (I think). Any ideas???

Yeah, I can relate. Container drainage staining decks can be a problem. Fortunately my deck is not new so it's not a big problem. Although my wife wants me to redo our deck this year in a blue stain :-/ I'm already thinking about the container drainage. I guess necessity is the mother of invention.
