close-up of some of the flowers last summer.

I measured the 'thorns', they are not so large (but sharp!), only abt. 3/8" on average. Lots of leaves are up to 4" long.
Doesn't have any blooms right now to take size.

Is it in full hot sun? It looks like a Lemon Meyer, at least looks like mine, but you never know...It's cute though...

Citrus trees in pots is my favorite.. I have about 35 of them..

Yeah, Mike...still green. The fruit is 2.25" long, and as I said, it's a year 'old'. I am sure it will never turn yellow.
It is in full sun (probably from about 10am - 5-6pm), and as hot as we get it in Toronto, Canada.
Photo is about 4-5 weeks after I bought it, and repotted into 511 (with 3 original fruit visible).

I know you have lots of citrus, I have read just about everything you posted about them.
The scent of flowers must be heavenly...

I really don't mind lime, even if it is supposed to be lemon. Good reason to get another plant (or few), right?

I would not give up on its turning yellow. Your plant looks very happy, even it does seem like it takes forever to ripen. Al

That is an awfully long time for lemon to ripen...
I just looked through images of mine, and the fruit set in May and I harvested in December (half a year, basically). As I recall, I should have left my fruit to ripen another month....to get the sweetness from it.

I hope I have been able to encourage you to get more..What I like about having so many since I am in love with citrus blossom fragrance, is that there is ALWAYS a tree here and there in bloom all year:-)
