Stop Sale order against Ohio Mulch Supply

Apparently they were shorting the bags. They were issued a restraining order in May to allow sales to continue but only if retailers posted signage that the volume on the bags was incorrect. At any rate, it doesn't appear on the Home Depot website any more even for special order.

Frankly I don't think ANY of those bagged mulches contain nearly what is stated on the bags. One cubic foot should cover 4 sq feet to a depth of 3 inches. So a 2.5 cu foot bag should cover 10 sq feet, 3" deep.

I used 2 bags and it covered about 24 sq ft to a depth of about an inch - some spots less than that. It should have covered 20 sq ft to a depth of 3", so what I got was about 40% of what I should have expected to get.

I'm pretty sure Ohio Mulch is not the only place shorting folks on quantity.
