I've got one plant in an 18 gallon container with adequate drainage, good mix of fert/compost and container mix, watered every 3 days with 1/4 solution/gallon of 9-3-6 . This looks like a deficiency of something or disease, there are no apparent pests. Maybe someone with a trained eye can see what's happening here. It's universally all over the plant. Upon closer observation the yellow area appears to have an almost scaly appearance, but the leaf itself is not leathery.
