Also, Sansevieria trifasciata tolerates low light and can get huge.

Looks like false aralia to me.

For low light, how about spider plant and wandering Jew?

other plants that will tolerate low light conditions:

Aspidistra - corn plant - philodendron - peperomia - Aglaonema - dracaena - peace lily - Aglaonema and parlor palm, to a certain extent - Anthurium - golden pothos

Some of these - like anthurium - will tolerate low light but won't bloom as well or sometimes at all.

It is false aralia. It can get very tall (5-8' ) over time. The leaf shape changes when mature.
