| I have a long but shallow planter, maybe only 4 inches deep, that I've successfully grown radishes and spinach from seed in. I was wondering if it's deep enough to grow Scallions (Evergreen Long White Bunching)in? What depth do Scallions require as they mature?
Thanks! |

| Hi, I believe they should be about two inches deep and then mulched over well. You would probably get more detalied/experienced advice over in the Allium forum though. Good luck:) |

| Thanks Howelbama. I debated between the two forums. I'll try to there too. |
