In the process of cleaning up my hibiscus standard to bring in for the winter, I pulled all the coleus & potted up seperately. Then pulled the potato vine.

After digging around a bit to see how much room was left in the pot, I found THIS.....

I'd heard about this but never saw it before => Can anyone tell me how to store it so that I can plant again next season?

Itsa sweet potato. Store it like you would any other potato - a cool, dark place. If you're intent on keeping it viable until next year, you might store it in a bag/box of dry sphagnum peat.

The ornamental plants don't make fit fare for the table.
