Hello there: Could anyone tell me what is the name of this flower, I'm in South Florida zone 10.

I would also post that to the Orchid forum (I assume there is one...) I would guess some kind of Phalaenopsis, but I always kill those so don't listen to me...

It's a very nice specimen of a hybrid Spathoglottis, ground orchid, a plant often used in Florida landscaping. -Below is a pic of one resembling yours.
