Dyna-Gro temporary solution?

Hi All,

I've been using Dyna-Gro Foliage Pro for all my plants, house, outside, veggies and it has worked great. My usual supplier of FP is closed at the moment and none of the others in town had any and I'm out, so in the mean time I bought a quart of Dyna-Gro GROW. Does anyone know if this will do until I get Foliage Pro? I don't like to waste, so I would like to use it till it's gone and then get back to the FP but I don't want my plants progress to suffer.

Thanks for the help,
Jerry

Its only notable drawback is that it has 4X as much P as plants will use (on average), based on the amount of N it supplies. Probably not the end of the world - just not ideal. I probably would have gone with any of the soluble 24-8-16s or MG 12-4-8 and stuck with the 3:1:2 ratio, but again = it's not going to make a significant difference. You might not even notice a difference.

Do watch for chlorosis though. If you happen to notice it, don't think you need more fertilizer. Come back here & we'll fix it.

Thanks Al,
I was at two hydroponic stores, there was no MG, it was all Greek to me so I just stuck with the brand I know, just not the same flavor. Maybe I could just add to this one until it's used up?
