| Sphagham peat at Lowe's is $10 for 3 cu ft.
Canadian peat at a local feed store is $24 for 3.5 cu ft. Is there a difference between the two?? The difference in price seems to indicate that there is a difference. The feed store prices most things competively and I'm sure $14 for an additional .5 cu ft has more to do with product than volume. Thanks |

| I thought that Canadian was Sphagnum peat? In any event, the Sphag. should be fine, and $10 for 3 cu ft. is cheap. I'd grab it! |
