Greetings, I have a Valencia orange tree that I started to see yellow spotting on some leaves - see picture not sure if this is nutrient deficiency, blotchy mottle or? Tree was purchased this spring in 5gal pot. It was replanted using 3 parts pine bark fines, 1 part perlite and 1 part fox farms ocean forest. Unfortunately before I found this forum. It is potted in a 15gal tall nursery pot with 1" of gravel in the bottom.
It is on my balcony here is SoCal and gets direct sun from sunrise until about 2-3 depending on time of year. It is watered every 7-12 days depending on the weather. I use to use a water meter but now use a bamboo stick. Drainage is excellent and does not appear to be an issue. Pot is raised above saucer using smaller upside saucer so bottom is never sitting in water.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
