| i have started my seeds. i am not having any luck. i'm putting them in the trays with the plastic lids. and the at first do fine. then when they reach the lid, i take it off. then about a week later they start to die off. so i bought a floresant bulb and that;s not helping either... any suggestions.... |

| The type of seedlings and other conditions info would be helpful. Could be "damping off" - a fungal disease that's usually caused by over watering. A fan with the grow lites to stir up air circulation will help dry out the soil surface which could help the remaining plants recover. Water from the bottom if possible. Otherwise if the plants are leggy (too tall and flop over) then more light is needed. |
