Sorry to bother you guys but Im getting a bit worried here. Ive been growing Tomatoes (San Marzano) from seed and everything was going great. Then I noticed my plants started to turn purple at around week 2. Ive heard that's normal if they are getting to much light but should not be a problem. So I just cut back on the amount of time I had my lightbox on (14hrs a day)

Now Im noticing a second set of leaves are coming out but my 1st set of leaves is dying off.... Is this normal? The second set of leave look good but I still worry.

Second, My Squash is also on its second set of leaves but I seem to be getting discoloration on the edges of my 1st & 2nd set of leaves. Is that normal?

Could I be giving them too much light? I did have them at about 1" away from my natural light but now have moved them down to about 3" from it.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. I will be taking pictures of them during my lunch hour and posting them up for you to see.
