I have just moved and have poor soil in every aspect--but I have an unlimited supply of oak bark 8 to 10 yrs old (looks like forest hummus) also pine bark seperate piles- same same will this hurt my veggies at all, will I have to do any thing but rotill it in -any advice or reconmindations will be apreciated

Just about any organic matter introduced into poor soil helps. Add some nitrogen to aid in decompostion if it's too "woody".
