| Hmmph! Earlier this evening, I started to work outside. It hasn't rained in over 2 weeks, so when thunder got closer and closer, I was happy, although had to stop work and go inside. The wind picked up. Then... the sound of thunder went thataway. Not a drop. Later this evening, I was out working again. Thunder approaching from another direction. I stopped work when the lightning got close and went inside. Now the thunder has faded away. It's still dry. That's life in the mountains, I guess. Now I will go blundering outside in the dark and try to finish up my work. I was hoping to get a break from watering tonight!! |

| Yeah, it's disheartening to almost taste the rain and watch as it passes you by so close. Hope you finally got some, probably snowing by now. |
