Help me decide what to do with tomato plants.

My tomatoes are full of early blight despite my efforts to put it at bay. I just couldn't keep everything in check this year. So should I continue to prune my plants and wait until my tomatoes are ripened before I pull the plants or should I just pull all of them out now and try to salvage what fruit I can? I have neighboring fruit trees and am not sure if fungal spores will pass on to them. I am also dealing heavily with powdery mildew and SVB on all my cucurbits so my gardening patience is quickly diminishing.
