| I've often considered planting some currents but they sounded to good to be true (like Bush Cherries did, I yanked these after 3 years). But we do like to make jams so currents may make a good addition to our strawberry, fig, peach, and blueberry recipes. The anti-oxidant content alone makes them desirable. Bet they'd blend well with other flavors too. |
