Broccoli

Hello everybody,
I started my first veggie garden this 3 month ago with prepping soil with horse manure and compost.
We started with seeds of peas, beans broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, cabbage and red beets.
Everything sprouted but the broccoli, beets and cauliflower and cabbage didn't make it.
So I decided to sprout the broccoli, cauliflower and beats inside and plant them 3 weeks later. Again to my surprise 2 weeks after planting the sprouts are not looking all that sharp again.
So I decided to fertilize with organic fertilizer and it seemed like the beans, and charlottes liked it but my problem vet developed brown leaves and showed no growth.
In the mean time we are harvesting beans and the carrot greens are 8 to 10 inches tall and looking like they are doing good.

I am really looking froward to some comments.

Cheers

Holger
