| Just acquired a 3.5 acre property with great sun. I am in hardiness zone 5b. I would like to start at least a 100ft by 100ft garden on it this spring. I also have a great source of compost. The land is just a field of mowed grass right now. Does anyone have some tips on how to get started or has anyone been through starting a big garden before and can offer some experienced input? My only experience is 2 years in the hydroponics lab at college. Thanks, hope this works. |
