I had organic gardening soil brought in last year for my raised beds. Had a excellent crop.
I added about 3" of new bumper crop compost dirt.
I planted my tomatoes about May 8th, because of some late rain fall.
I fertilized once when I planted with .E.B Stone fertilizer 4-5-3 and again last week when I noticed flowers starting to set on.
I have used a compost tea soil drench twice.
I water twice a week with a drip systems for 30 min. I believe they are two gallon emitters

I am starting to notice on my plants some spots, not sure what they are, I checked online, and can't identify it. So far all the plants just have a handful of flowers on them. I pinnched them off for the first two weeks after I planted them.

Nothing. Your leaves look fine. The leaves are just getting old. They can't remain perfect for the life of the plant they age too.
