So, I have a glass container full of baby carrots that I forgot about in the fridge. Just found them, and they are all growing roots. A few of them are growing out of the top as well (not sure what that is called, but it's the leafy part). They are still firm and hard. Can I plant these? Will they turn in to full size carrots? Or should I just toss them? Thanks!
Follow-Up Postings:

Trim excess, cut into smaller chunks, and freeze them (if there's enough of them)...use them for cooking.

Eat them. If you plant them they will go to seed. Rodney

Cut off the tops, cut up the orange part and use them in a roast. :) Then, if they don't taste that great, they will still have imparted a lovely flavor to your roast. :)
