Do open pollinated sprouts do as well as hybrids? I am in MN and grow for market. I didn't grow sprouts for 3 years but want to do just a few again.

Far differing growing conditions here that your's are but IME the hybrids will far out-perform any of the OP varieties. More production, larger sprouts, more uniformity in size and shape, and healthier plants.

I agree that brussels sprouts hybrids deliver all the right things, especially vigor and uniformity.Several are available as organic seeds from High Mowing and other seed companies that care about such things.
