Our grocery and several places I see selling vegetable "crisps" as an alternative to chips. Some are pretty good. There's an English Pea one you can get at chinese groceries that's really good. It's been around a while. My grocery has a green bean crisp that's good. And an okra crisp. But WoW! the okra is $15/lb. Which is a pretty decent helping, but still. I've tried to do some research on the net but haven't found anything.
