Artichoke Seedling Yellowing

I planted artichoke seeds approx 6 weeks ago indoors and they have 2 sets of leaves on them now and approx. 3inches tall.
I am noticing the lower 2 leaves are starting to yellow and get a dark spot on them. I still have them under lights indoors. Any ideas on how to get them looking a bit healthier or is this normal?
