| Located just east of Harrisburg, PA. Last year I planted potatoes in early May and it went great, but I'd like to get them in earlier this spring. I would like to plant them in mid-April, would that be reasonable? Growing Yukon Golds and Dark Red Norlands. It will also be my first time growing Kale, can I plant that within the next two weeks along with the spinach and broccoli? Input is appreciated. The potatoes are my priority, though. Thanks |

| Here the tradition is first full moon in Feb. But you need decent soil temps and it can't be so cold and wet that your seed taters rot before they sprout. It's cold and wet here and it's March! |
