disease in raised bed

I guess one of my raised beds must have disease or something going on in the soil, I only planted tomatoes in the bed it is 4'x6' there are 6 plants spaced evenly apart, on a regular watering routine twice a week for an hour with soaker hose, along with all of my other beds, which are doing great. The tomato plants in this bed have all turned yellow and are drying out, and not much growth from when they were planted about a month ago, they do all show some new green growth but look weak, sorry I don't have a picture of the bed, I am at work right now. My real question is, is there anyway of fixing it if there is a disease, is there an additive, or could solarizing the bed work? I assume all of the plants are gone, but would like to use the bed still because it is in a prime location. One of the plants is from a nursery 6 pack the others are in different areas of the yard and all of the others are looking great and doubled in size.
