| i didn't dig up my collard green and it seem like they r coming back. can i let them in or such i dig them up. well they be safe to eat?. |

| Safe, yes. May lose some flavor as they begin to bolt (go to seed) |

| wintered over greens are the best! Eat them now before they bolt (or after they bolt -- pak choy, arugula and cabbage are all great even when bolted, so maybe collards will be as well) |
