| I was instructed to go harvest rhubarb for a couple of pies. I came back with too much. This time I just tossed the surplus in the compost but were I to want to save some short term what should I have done? |

| Rinse, wrap in a damp paper towel, stick in a zip lock bag, roll out the excess air in the bag, and into the vegetable crisper drawer of the fridge. Dave |

| Plastic bag in the fridge. It will keep a fortnight easily. |
