Planted Mirai transplants for the first time a couple weeks ago (under tunnels) & they've turned pale yellow. Too wet? or could it be too much fertilizer?

Perhaps the soil is too cold and/or wet. Or roots were damaged in the move? Or short of water?

Thanks jean001a! I was very careful to not disturb the roots when transplanting, but ya never know...... I've since planted two more rows that seem to be doing fine. I used black plastic mulch on the original transplants, but have since removed it, fearing the transplants we're staying too wet under the plastic, plus I discovered a hoard of Pill Bugs under the mulch. I realize some argue the Pill Bugs do no harm, but I beg to differ.....
