Cucumber cotyledons with white spots

I planted some cucumber seeds in Jiffy mix indoors March 30 and they are doing well except I have started seeing some of them with white spots on the cotyledons.

They are under lights 16 hours and have a fan on them on low about 8 hours.

The spots aren't powdery and they have air flow so I would think it wasn't powdery mildew at this stage.

Search came up with nothing.

Any ideas? Nothing to worry about?
