hardening off veggie starts in a greenhouse?

pureguava

I have about 30 veggie seedlings I have been growing in an aerogarden (tomatoes, peppers, zucchini, melon etc.). I have a small greenhouse in my backyard and was wondering if I can harden the seedlings out there. I don't plan on transplanting most of them until after about May 18. I was thinking the greenhouse would provide adequate light and protection from wind/cold but may be too warm? It has a hydraulic window and I could plug in a fan as well. Could I leave the seedlings in the greenhouse for a week before transplanting or should I gradually harden them off during the day and bring them in at night?
